Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

i am living in mother-in-law named house due to my husband and his

parents voilence i booked 498A and they got bail. Now my husband

is living with me. He is doing business near 30 km away from present

house. My mother-in-law and husband can force to leave with him

where i dont like? My mother in law can force me to vacate the house.

No, she cannot force you to leave the house.
