sir,i am living seperately from husband with my parents.i need to fie for maintainence from husband.he earns 45000 permonth plus he gets rent of tenthousand upon his appartment.how much i can claim as maintainence.i get only 3000 as rent for my house in a village.regarding this how much i can claim as maintainence.he got sole property of his father about 3-4 crores.if he proceeds for divorce how much alimony can i claim for that

U can file application under domestic violence and under s.125 and u can get half of his salary if u r only dependent and in divorce final alimony depends on mutual settlement for more clarification u may call m
You can fight for 1/3rd from his salary. I mean you may get Rs 15000 Per Month If properly conducts the case
