Sir,

i have a male child and due to the disputes, me and my wife are living separately. they are denying my custody of the child. she is a police officer. can i get my child the custody due to this reason ? what are the legal avenues to get my child ? if the girl is not coming for the setllement out of the court means what can i do?

please advice me sir?

You may file a petition for child's custody. The guardianship court will consider all the factors before deciding the matter.
