Sir,

I got maried 8 manths back. My wife is very much aggressive , mis behave with my parents and me. I have just got fed up with her. She is not ready to understand my and my families problemalso. Her parents also can see the problem but not able to mnage her daughther. I know tht my wife can not ful fill my expectation but she does not wqant to leave me. I m not interested to waste my whole life with such perrson who does not understand me and need only physical relation with me. We had healthy relation before 5 months, but there is no relation for last 5 months. Even I am not in the condition to make any relation with her. Her parents have given me threatening also regarding this. She has started telling lie to her parents that i m beating her time and again..

I want divorce from her.. Pls guide me, how can i proceed..Otherwise my lofe will surel get spoil with her..

First of all you told that your marriage of 8 months old and on other side you told 5 months u was in good relation and then from the last 5 months you have no relation.

Anyhow, to file any divorce case, you need atleast one year but you can approach the court for separation.

If you have come to conclusion that your marriage cannot be saved, or there is no point saving this marriage or you do not want to save the marriage, you will have to file a case for divorce. The only ground you will have is the ground of cruelty.
