Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir

I got married in 2007,husband filed D V in 2008. He submitted his voter card as document which was issued in 2001. But address of petitioner in petition & address in the voter card is totally different.

Q1�Whether the petition can be dismissed on the above ground of address only?

Husband cannot file DV and the Petition can be dismissed on that ground alone.
