Hi Sir,

I got married in June and got seperated forcefully in the month of June..i hardly stayed with my wife for 20 days...it's been 06months i've not heard anything from her..she lives in sector 15 panchkula...her father threatnes me if you will call her or if you will call at my residence i will kill you...i had also signed a deed of settlement on a 100rs stamp paper that after 01year of seperation we will file a petition under section 13B..but i do not want a divorce..

Please advise..

the deed of settlement will have no meaning unless both the parties appear before the district judge to substantiate their petition under section 13B. If judge is informed of the undue pressure, the first motion itself will not be accepted.
