hi sir,i have married second time,but unfortunatly this time also my wife left me after a short period ,as she was having affair with someone else,and she even make me talk with that guy.i have her confession recorded that time,which i also have right now.and before leaving she took all her things,and gave me this in writing that is taking her belonging,and also wrote that she will not file any complaint against me or my family.but now ,they(her family) are blackmailing me and my family for money,and now even they have send me notice from there state women cell ( as we both live in different states).sir i have no knowledge why women cell has send us notice as they do not tell me the complaint,and what we can do?does we have to show them the paper she wrote,and the voice recording of her?or we have to preserve it for the court?what i can do for my defence?

You should certainly appear before the woman cell and also meet the Officer Incharge, who normally is the ACP. You may take a copy of the paper admitting taking of belongings and also copy of the recording you have. After the preliminary investigation, the woman cell may not even register the case at all.
