Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

I want to marry a girl but she does not posses any formal address proof other than the PAN-Card and the Bank Statements of PNB and Allahabad Bank only.

I do have all necessary documents including passport.

Could we marry ?

Hello,

Are you of Different Religion ?

If No, you can marry in traditional way and latter on register the marriage.

If Yes, use Address on the Bank Statement, as notice will be send to the same address.

Please note that you will be asked for two more addresses (relatives) and notice will send to them also.
