Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir

I have obtained visitation of daughter but my wife is not adhering to the vistation, I have bought this to the notice of the judge but he is siting helplessness in this case, I have filed couple of memos on this also... should I file contempt... if yes whether it shouuld be filed in family court or HC. ? is contempt petition a summary proceeding? what is a summary proceeding?

First you have to file an application for execution of order and if she refuse then file contempt in the family court itself.

No contempt petition under CONTEMPT OF COURTS ACT is maintainable in a Family Court. The only remedy may be to approach the High Court. You may better engage an Advocate to pursue your remedy in the High Court.
