Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir,

I am ram parsuing my mbbs from jaipur .i belong to ajmer

i got married with girl hema.. we had a child marriage in the very miner age.that time according to my family I m in the age of 14 and .she was 12.yr old. after marry we never spend even a single day with each other.. .. till now���.

I hate that girl.she is very stupid girl.... unmanrners.

in the age of 19. As I knew. that I got married in the childhood.i shocked . big things happend with me or i unawareare about that..i didn't know when and how......

.at time when i was praparing my pre- madical test... i tried so many time to talk with her..and tried to accept whole situation which created by are parents.. but she was not at all ready to compromise . she hate me and my family . its not possibal for me to live with her.

. now i m in a age of 24 .. doing my mbbs,after selection she forcing my family for gonna{ rajasthani traditional part of marriage) but now i really dont want to live with that girl , with her my life impossibal ,,,,bcz she hate my family ... so much....and allways blackmaling me if i will talk to her for divoece. she file a dowry case ((a froud case )

Sir plz tall me that the void marriage is possibal .bcz according to the jaipur family court lower.its not possibal .only a girl clame for void marriage not a man�����.. in the man�s point of view what I wll do for void marriage����..as the child marriages are legally unrecognized, how can I go for declaration that the marriage is void. Plz help me bcz jaipur family court advice me for mutual lunderstanding divorce.but now its not possibal ��.bcz girl not ready for it she file the dowry casevif ill done it

but i want divoece .... any how plz help me to solve this problam..

my frinds told me that the childmarriage will refused is't possibal than what next ill do..if not then plz tell me in my case divorce is possible for this what can i do....

bcz i dont want that my family will be arrest.or plz give me information that can a man file marriage void case�������

as your advice. it is possibal .................... where i file case

��i dont want that marriage��plz tell me where I file my case bcz in jaipur the have no idea about void marriage. In jaipur can I file case in high court or in a familycourt�������or I file anywhere else.bcz I want to solve this problem as much as fast�

dear client...

As u are well aware that child marriage is illegal and not acceptable by law... Then how can any one say weather such marriage is void or not. Need the full details about ur marriage whether any engagement or something happend after you attend the age of 19 .. send me the full detail so that I can better suggest you on my mail ID [email protected]
