sir,i am residing at Guntur, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. my friend residing at Guntur, few years/months back he got a job in Singapore and he married and he went to Singapore along with his family.at present they are residing in Singapore. two days back he called me and said, he and his wife wants to adopt a child from his relatives . what is procedure in legal to adopt a child and how to file a petition in the court of law ? where he file a petition ? etc... plz clear the doubts what is the court fee and what is the necessary documents to file a petition in the court of law
