Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,i am a retired person of age 65yrs.i have 4 daughters,my elder son in law is not having good relation with me.he always come to me for the search of money.when i refuse him ,he scolds me or threatens me,beats my daughter every alternate days.he has taken a lot of money from the 1st day of their marriage..iam helpless so i don't dare to launch a complaint against him..that if i make a police complaint then he will forcibly keep my daughter and grand daughter with me and punish me in another way...please give me some suggestion..what can i do in this case???

Dont fear and go and file the police complaint.

Secondly prepare a case through your daughter and file case of harassment.

Third file a case through your daughter under domestic violence act and demand for living with her husband.
