Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir

I have a sister, its been 10 years the marriage has happened for her. she is having mental torcher from her mother-in law and sister in law.My father died wen we are kids and mother is taking care of us.When we told to my sister that we will ask ur mother-in law ,but she told not to do it.after asking this and if we go to home, she(mother in law ) will again do the same and it will be more pain.Major problem is money we need to give more money for them.Since we are from lower middle class family we can't give the money much.So please help us in tackling the issue.

if your inlaws are harrasing you for dowery . then simply file your complaint at nearest police station
