Sir,
I want to know if wife had filed a case of DV but later she does out of court settlement with husband and withdraw the case.
in such case, can she file similar case again in the same court.

yes she can withdraw the case on the basis of compromise with a leave to file the same as and when required. a separate complaint may also be filed even if leave not obtained, on the basis of fresh cause of action.
