Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi sir,

I am 28 years old lady married in 2009 August, i am working as Software Proffession and my husbend also aSoftware proffession , both we are earning 100k ...My husbend family is a joint family and he loves his family more than me, and he always support their family members ...They also good but they dont have any idea about a working lady .

After marriage also my husbend is intrest to stay along with his family members ..My mother and father both depend on me ..as my husbend is not yet all intrested on this issue ..

In initial marraige talk my Father given word regarding some finacial debts about my personal ...but after that my husbend came to know these things and he said as you are earning your self you can pay i dont have any objection on this ...and he said if you want to help your mother father you can give monthly maintanance idont have any objection ..i am quite happy with his words.

Due to some personal issue iforced him to seperate from his family and he was taken by my force one seperate house but he not able to adjust with this .

Personnally he is not ok with my Attraction and behaviour after words ..we got some problems and discussion , wich i also continued ...now he is fully aginest on me .

after quite days i am pregnent ..every body is happy ... but i dont know some things which hearted my husbend and his behaviour also hearted me ..even though after delivery and remaining seremenys he came and attened went back ..but after some time he is not talikng with me .

Recently he asked my father setup a meeting with all the family members need to calrify some issues .

one fine day he came along with all elders and started discussion ..in the discussion iraised some issues and he raised some issues .

All the family elders are supporting him as my self and my mother only supporting me ...after big discussion he said if she want to come for family along with him ..she has to do these things.

My husbend issues?

1) Why my wife need job? As we got kidd who is going to maintain the kid ? so leave my self job and maintain our family?r ( He never asked about my money but for Family i spent my salary , he not given single paisa , he is accepted for that ...as he said she was given around 40 k in entire year for rental advance and she maintained for 3 months with out my maney)

2) Why my wife mother and father interfearing in my family? ( This time onwords they never come to my home and if i wont to see my mother and father go and see for some time and come back )

3) As his family is joint family for maintain his individual family he will give what ever i wont , but after expenses what ever amount is there he will put in his family business , and he said strictly that i cant q? it ?

4) I need maintain as per his condistion and fallow his family traditions?

5) up to now What are the assets belongs to me wich was maintainig by my family people they have to hand over me and ....give entire caluclation s about my debets and my salary earned after marraige ?

My Concerneds.............?

1) as he feels to walk along with me on road at least ...he feel shy to take any where me?

2) I am confused he is suspecting my charaecter ? When i raised this q? his answer is if i suspect you how i am ready to take back...and how i am accepting my chaild .

3) They are asking to give Signatuer on whaite papers ? intially they said with some condistions they will preapre document and i am slo ready to give signature ? but suddenly they are asking white paper ? when i asked my husbend about this , he said Due to yours miss behaviour .. we dont want to take any chance in future ( as some time when i am Serious i went in room and closed doors for hours for peace of maind ...but they thought it in opposite way ( as my Elder sister some time back tried for suisde now they are raising that and asking this papers signature )

4)I got a dought about his job loss ... as he is doing business and giving tustions , he never explined about his job (intial days before marraigae we asked his salary certificate , he given that )..Recently when i tried to mail his company maild id it was bounced ?..........They are telling if job is not there ? why you are bothering ..i will pull riksha and maintain our family.

Now what are the legel points i can raise on him and mould him to my saide ....as we are both in bangalore for delivery 6 months back i went my native for delivery ...i am planning to go hyderabad and wait for some time. is it right ? As they are not coming to take back me , they are telling they need clarification and signature , after that only they will do remaining things.

Really is he working ? He wants my money ? ???????????????? so much confussion ..

But after eleders discussion he is not talikg at all ..and i came to know what are calls i am doing he is recording all the things ..really i felt bad , i loss full trust on him ..........when i asked about this he said ...........every body has to take their family and their personnal life ..one small mistek will distrub others .. idont woant to do that.

Really i am angry and asked him wether you r intrested on me ...we got baby what about her?

he said i am in center of line based on your opinion and clarification i can take any Decision ...but which ever Decision i will take ..i do your benfit (how can i trust him)

I am really angry tell me what are the legal actions i can take on him?

Wether i am correct are not....if this time i will accept their things ..he wont care about any thing , he may beat also ..how to avoid those things if i go for family purpose ?

Really he is fully angry on my entire family ..................I am Too fully angry upon his family?

Whos is correct ..........Who is wrong ............legally waht are the options?
