sir,
i am 58 yrs old my son is married on last nov he and his wife misbehave with me and wife so i want to disown my son and his wife but the denied that they cannot live my house and his wife thereat me of a cause of dowry on me and she also threat me my life many time did i disown them and what is the prosier of that pls help me out.

You cannot do much about to improve your situation or save yourself from your D.I.L. But you certainly can make a complaint/representation to Police informing them about the threats from both your son/D.I.L .
in case you want to disown your son and daughter in law, you gotta make it clear that the property that you own is your self acquired property and not ancestral. secondly, you may hire a lawyer for completing the process. even if disowning them, they still bother you, you may approach the high court by way of writ.
