Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello sir

Iam 23yrs female, married wen iam 20yrs old with a 27yrs male who is a software engineer.I was brutally harrased by him from last 3 yrs.so recently on 6th august 2011 i filed 498(A) case on three of them(my husband and in-laws) and he is in remand from last 7days,where as my in-laws were in escape.Today(17thaug 2011) his parents(in the name of my husband) sent a court notice to me to attend family court on sept 10th 2011 under form11 rule (15).

plzzzzzzz sir can i know wat is this form11 rule(15).and iam not willing to give any divorce to him i just want him to change his mentality.Is this notice sent to me in order to apply divorce by me?

you have been served the summons and you may appear in the court on 10th September. you can seek help of a local lawyer in this regard.
