Sir,if wife not do sex with his husband evn sleeping on same bed can husband file divorce case?and on which ground husband can file divorce case

The facts given by you are not sufficient. You need to explain the reasons given by your wife for refusing to have sex with you. If she has valid reasons for abstaining from sex, you may have no cause of action.

this amounts to mental cruelty if the refusal is not due to medical reasons. the husband may file a divorce petition u/s 13 (1) (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act.
