Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir.it is compulsary that on evry date of tial court in 498a&406;case,i need to appear.if i not appear in any single date of ths trial court.is make any negative impact?

if you are not able to go on a particular date, you may request your counsel to move an application for exemption from appearance on your behalf. but you need to have sufficient ground to not to appear.

Yes you are expected to appear on all the dates before the Court but if you are unable to appear for any valid reason than in that case you can ask your lawyer to file an application for exemption . But you cant make this as your habit.

you can ask your lawyer for filing of exemption from personal appearance application in the court on the date you are not attending the court.
