Hi Sir,

It seems i am going get order my favource in dv case. My lawyer asked me to wait for another 30more days more the time to file appeal is also by husband and then to file petition in court for the execution of court? Is it true that if my husband dont file appeal against my present order then only i cna file petition for execution of court order?

If it is ys why should i wait till the appeal is decided by some higher court?

you may file the execution and let him seek stay of execution from the higher court.
