hello sir/madam.. this is amit .. my friend wants a divorce from his wife.. its bn 3 yrs n from the day one both are living seperately.. she is living with her parents.. my friend has been forced for this wedding.. pl help n guide how he can divorce as she is refusing to give divorce.. can we send divorce papers to her ?? pl help

in case she is refusing to divorce, your friend can file a petition for divorce on the grounds available to him viz. cruelty, desertion, adultery etc...the papers can be served upon him and after the evidence is led, the court may grant divorce.
