i had childmarrige.i realy dont no when. how. i m doing my mbbs in rajasthan . befor selection in rpmt.i realy dont want to live with lady..... bcz. before my selection she never ready to live with me ... as i setup my mind. for divorce......... everyday she call me and blackmailing me to file a case against me and my family... we r living in diff city. we r not at all in any relatin with her ... she is not ready to divorce....plz tell me wht to do.........i want divorce with that girl any how.......plz give me a way.........

as you have stated that it was a child marriage, the marriage can be declared void ab initio. in india, the age of groom should be 21 years and the bride 18 years. if your age was less than 21 years at the time of marriage, you can seek declaration that the marriage is void. read more on marriage laws on my website www.karvai.in.
