Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi sir/madam ,

My cousin was married 5 years back, he has left her wife with in one month after his marriage in that one month they dont have any physical relation between them.

He hasnt met with in these 5 yeras and not through with any other communications. His wife is physically handicapped, she cant even do her with out any second person assitance , but his wife is not willing to give divorce.

In this case can he take divorce ??

If yes can he wait for two more years and get the third party divorce ??

Is there discrepencies are there to get divorce from his wife becuase she is handicapped ??

physical incapacity is no ground for divorce. your cousin may not have a ground for filing divorce. it is advisable to settle the matter and he should take good care of his wife in this situation.
