Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir/Madam,

I got married in april 2007.My In-laws & husband Demanded a house [flat] & 20,000/- cash p.m from my parents aftr 15 days of my marriage.First they have done physical attack on me & It is shameful for me to say that I have been kicked out of my inlaws house 1.5 yrs back,we have tried our level best to settle the issue & to reconcile between us,Husband is 100% muma's boy,He has too much influence of his sisters & mother.They have never tried to contact us in 1.5 yr.

Now when we have filed a case under HMA 125 ACT OF MAINTAINENCE against them in court,they have alleged that Wife has been demading & forcing to transfer [in-laws] their car & matrimonial house on her name,unless she will commit suicide.I have been living with my parents happily.But the situation was opposite that time.

What shud I do to prove verbal communication..?

verbal communication can only be proved by leading oral evidence. however, the allegations of your inlaws seem to be baseless as you have been staying away since 1.5 years. what exactly do you want. do you want to go back to your husband or divorce. do clarify.
