Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir/Madam,

I am presently in the initial stages of my separation. No legal action has been taken but the way things are shaping up, this separation will result into divorce legally.

I have couple of good offers in hand which will need me to leave the country for about 2-3 Years. Can I take up these offers? What is the divorce legal proceedings start after I have left? Will my family come to any harm?

Kindly suggest.
