Legal Question in Family Law in India
hello sir/madam,
my brother has marriege in feb 2008 from Aasha. After two month we found that Aasha has a desises of eye.In which persion can't look whithout lighit( tublight light).She is not able to look in night.
We concern most of specielist of eye they refuse to recover it and say that It is the heridity disese and not be recovered in any case.
After concerning from aasha family we found that two of her sister are also suffering from same disese.
They have not say to us such disese before marrige.
from two year she is living with her family.
And we are not want to have relationship from her.
Now what is best legal advise for us. please suggest.

this is no ground for divorce and it is advisable to bring her back to restore marital ties.
Your action may amount to "cruelty" and "domestic violence" leading to severe consequences including a jail term. Try for an amicable out of court settlement.
