Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir/Madam

My father was having a shop on RENT in delhi from last 30-40 years, He died in 2007 without leaving any wil..... We are 10 brothers & sisters.. One of my brother was using the property for his business...& Due to the bad condition of the building the land lord renewed the whole building & he gave us a new shop on the other hand of the building and he made the registry on the name of my brother only and changed the name of the firm also.... We all come to know all this after 4 years... so is there any law to take action against him..
