Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir/Madam,
Recently I found that my wife using mobile without my notice secretly and hiding it. Yesterday I found the mobile and read some messages which was sent and received. Later I placed the mobile at same place as it was hidden. I did not question immediately because i though if she commits any suicide or any other illegal action then i will not be able to control or no body were present to provide evidence. So, I kept silent and went to my Inlaw's house and infront of her i spoke to her father that I found the mobile which was using secretly. Then she immediately saying that there is no mobile she is using and she is innocent. I am just questioning whether she is using mobile secretly either willingly to speak to friends or unwillingly (like someone forces her to use). But she is denying that there is no mobile with her. Now that mobile is not at the place where she has hidden...She was strongly saying that "you can go and check on whose name it is registered". Is there a way where I can pull out all the messages for that mobile. Now she is saying that I am suspecting unnecessarily. I am not sure how to prove this..For the fact, I saw she hiding the mobile when she is getting up from bed, it fell down and immediately she hidden under the bed. later i get into that room and found it. she is not accepting it now.. Please suggest my next action as I dont want to be unnecessarily blamed or sued in courts. I have the mobile number which was used by her and also have the mobile no which she is interacting secretly
Request you to help me in this regard.
Sincerely Yours,
