I have filed case in domestic violence act , total 5 person name indulge in it. 3 person received the summon and 2 person don't received summon since last 1.5 yrs. then what to do?? kindly suggust me. thanks & regards,

dear client u have to apply for paper publication in the court. once court grant paper publication then u can give advrtise in local new paper. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

File fresh addresses or those 2 persons and/or then file process fee and form alongwith copy of complaint to the ahalmad of the said court.
