Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir/mam,

i have disputed property,which is in the name of my grandmother and one of my uncle ,who is lunatic by birth..the property is in dispute since from 15 years. and my another uncle was appointed as guardian of lunatic.my lunatic uncle and grandmother is no more. and court order the guardian not to sell the property without court permission ,but he sold the property before 2 years ,the property is in my possession,since from 20 years, now what type of action can i take against him?please help...........

You may initiate proceedings for contempt against the vendor, if he has violated the court order. You may also challenge the same as illegal being violative of court order.

the sale of property without permission of the court by guardian is null & void.
