My brother's wife has left our house and gone to live with her parents one year back. now she has filed for divorce. she has claimed share in our ancestral property.

Details of property - my grandfather died without a will. he has big haveli and very big farms. our father has five brothers and three sisters and each of them have 2-3 children. the property is in dispte between all these people. now my bhabhi has also claimed a share. is she legally entitled to a share in our ancestral property?
