Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir,
My daughter booked DVC against her husband and on his family she is living
in her father-in-law named house. Now in my cross question their lawyer asked (as witness)
me and also told that my son -in-law is ready to live with my daughter in his poultry farm where is
30 kms. away from my daughter staying house but she is not comming to him
hence there is not required to maintain her and her son by giving money and also
he is a labourer. In this situation court will order my daughter to go to her husband leaving this
house?
The house is self-acquired property of her father-in-law now in this situation can he have right to
handover the house to any of his other son (by writting WILL).
While cross questioning the judge exactly not noting my points when i answered opposite
lawyer expressing in wrong way ex: His question is from their house have u brought ur daughter
if they ask to keep ur daughter. My ans. is due to they told they will beat her in this way only
hence i brought then their lawyer i asked whether u brought her not ( judge noted only that i brought her back).
In this situation what i have to do sir
pl. advise me sir
