My divorce case of four years has reached cross examination of the respondent..Advise weather it would be all right to change the advocate who does not evince much interest in presenting the case effectively?

the practice of advocacy depend upon the faith,talk to your present advocate if you fill the if loose ur faith then change ur advocate otherwise not.

dear client...
its better to engage another lawyer... as ur case has reached this stage so do not remove the earlier lawyer ask him to give consultancy and for proceedings engage a new lawyer....
