sir.....my friend has a very difficult married life due to in compatibility so at present he and his wife are staying seperate for more than a1and1/2year in this period he had developed and relationship but does this anywhere comes on his way for appealing to the court for visitation right... as he is bieng deprieved of that for quiet a long time ....

Yes, till the marriage is not dissolved he can not have extra-marital relationship. He may be charged under criminal law and would have to face jail also. Its better he resolves the first matter first. Tell his to discuss the matter with first wife and come to some conclusion(mutual divorce or stay together).
are they both Innocent or child of 16 so they dont know abt it
Is there any case pending before the court between you and your wife ? If yes then you can file an application for visitation rights to meet your child and if there is no case then you can file an appropriate case before the court for visitation rights.
