Sir,

My friend wife booked 498 A, DVC and Maintenance cases against me. The cases or running. In this situation his wife expired. Both of them have a son and he is not looking after his son. They are with her mother. On her name her father put in bank 3 lacs and on her name one land also there. Now who is holder of the property. The amount droped on her name thru cheque by her father. The land given by her grandfather to her mother and mother given to her @ time of marriage. Now who is the property holder?

if husband is alive then he and all children r legal heirs
