Legal Question in Family Law in India

Thanks sir,my husband is very arrogant,short tempered n repeatdly harassed saying iam rich so i can marry another girl after making you to get out of my house..if i leave him without any punishment the girl after me will have to face the same..cos of his abnormal behavior and attitude.male egoistic and had no respect for women.he feels he can enjoy women one after other..so in what way can i proceed sir.i want him to be punished

File a complaint before the Crime against Women Cell for dowry ,harrasment and beating etc. file a petition under Domestic violence act for interim maintenance and residence.
