Sir

My husband gave me some jewellery at the time of marriage and some after 4 yrs of marriage.Does the jewellery comes under stidhan? Am i entittled to take this jewellery as I am planning to file a DVA case.

The entire jewellary and other assets, received by you from both sides till date, become your 'istridhan' for which you are the legal owner.
