Hi sir,

My Name Is Shranu . My Friend Got Married In The Year 2005 When She Is Minor. At The Time Of Her Marriage Her Age Was 15 And Her Husband Age Was 26. Till Today She Was Not Participate In Sexual Relation. Now She Wants To Get Suppurate With Him And She Wants To Be Live With Other Person . She Afraid Of Her Parents, So She Wants To Take Personal Decisions . Know What Should She Has To Do And How She Get Out Of This Problem ? How She Has To Apply For Divorce And What Rights She Had ? Please Help Her With Legal Procedure.

She can only file a petition for Divorce by taking any of the grounds under the Act as by being Minor at the time of marriage would attract section 18 of H M Act which would mean that she would be punished but cannot claim Divorce on this issue.........Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
