Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir,
My wife has filed the case of. D.V. ACT. in which she present me as business man having turnover of. Rs 1 cr. Petioner is she herself. And my 3yr old daughter by the name Anu ( I haven't met my daughter till date.)
At the same time she filed an application u/s 24 in redponse of my divorce petition in which she present me as salried person in a MNC .
In this she herself is the petioner and my daughter by the name of kirti
Both the cases are in diffrent courts .
She is working women ( I know the name of company but do not have any proof. As she joined the company after she moved to her parents home )
What should i do know.?
