Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir,
My wife left alongwith my baby(1 year old) since 3 years. She always mentaly harrass me directly & indirectly. She don'nt want live with me or stay with my parents and also she don'nt want to divorce. I don't want to stay with her. I request her to leave me and give me my baby, but she told me that she never give me life or divorce. What I will do in this circumstances. I would like to spoil or get suicide. Help me !!!!!

Your attitude towards your family life seems to be apparently wrong. In the interest of your happy married and family life, you may consider reproachment with your wife and try to understand her point of view. She may also be entitled to a happy family life her way. The child belongs to both of you and not to you alone. If you are interested in the welfare of your child, you should try not to separate the child from its mother at this tender age. On the contrary, you should start sending her sufficient money for her and child's good living and continue making efforts for amicable settlement of your problems.
