Hi Sir,Myself Reshma,thanks for ur previous suggestion.i wnt divorce frm my husbnd,bt my & my mothers jwellery is with him..i askd for jwellry but,he saying dat i dnt hv jwellery wth me.but i knw ki jwellry is wth him.but i dnt hv any bill/receipt to prove dat..bcz some of bills are also wth him.pls help me..hw can i proof dat ki,jwellery is wth him only.

Threaten him with Criminal complaint etc . and i am sure he would give your jewellery back.

you may approach the Crime Against Women Cell and file a list of dowry articles. Let him admit or deny the articles.
