Sir,
Now my 498A case is about to start due to my colugues and relative advise i went
to my husband and his parents present lving house. Again he beat me next day i called
my mother we came back @ that time he has not given our bags etc. we went to
police station asked for our bags. And along with ASI of local came with us on his
instruction he given bags we came back to home and my martial house article shifted
given police compalint after that he returned and kept in same house. But one gold
chain and cash 10000/- not found we reported in police as asked to book case
they postponed to book the case on monday with our written compalint date. This happend
on 04/09/11. My complaint is same date. and i came from their house on 03/09/11.
Because of this they gone to their nearest police station and complaint given that i robbed
their 80,000/- cash and 10 tulas of gold.
The police called and told that u hv given complaint at ur area these person are giving complaint
on u. sit together and take divorce. other wise they will book the case. sir
is it geniun after 3 days complaining about roberry what hv to tell in ps. for not booked
case.

Your query is not very clear. Still if you have so many problem there is no use in continuing the marriage. Better file a mutual divorce petition . Although if he has a false case nothing will happen and if need be you will get the bail.For detailed consultation you can contact me.
