Sir,
Now my DVC case is running. Can i go for Divorce? If i applied for divorce from my side
will i get maintenance to me and my child? I have no written evidence for my dowry
only having my mothers fried witness is it acceptable sir? At present I am staying in
my husbands mother named house?
As per information act can apply in MRO office for his property details?
Legally how can i get information about his property details?
Sir can I ask his account details legally which he is maintaining in Co-operative bank
as i am wife (and as per information act)?
Sir
advise me how to get back my dowry amount and his property details.
help me sir

Yes you can file your divorce case and can also claim for the maintanace from your husband, even if you file for divorce.
