hi sir,

sir m in big problem plz help.. sir my inlaws agreed to settle the matter at the time of their bail in matrimonial case. judge passed the order and mentioned the mode and steps of payment.

husband paid some amount ..but after that he has not paid any nor is he agreeing on MCD divorce drafting due to which everthg is stucked in between.

what shal i do to ask him to sign on MCD?

How to contact him?

shall i report to court? if yes plz tell the procedure.?

plz help

Move an application to cancel there bail by giving reasons what you have stated herein above in your question. I am sure they will come around to give you divorce and money too.

in case they not complying with the court orders, you may file an application for cancellation of bail and contempt of court. regarding mutual consent divorce, husband cannot be compelled to divorce you as the consent has to be free.
