Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir,

Thanks for the responses to my previous question.. As told earlier my MIL harasses me and does not give me food to eat.. My BIL and SIL stalk me continuosly.. My FIL, forcefully takes my child away from me, without telling me he'll take my child somewhere.. I wont know where they would have gone.. He leaves my child to play with street dogs or near the drain hole.. It is very scary for me.. Can i get a restraining order against my FIL to not touch my child.. What are the evidences i need to gather to get a restraining order against him..

a mother has all the rights to protect her child but in this situation, it might be so that there is a communication gap between you and your FIL. however, for the safety of the child, you may approach the courts.
