Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,This is in continuation of my previous question.I asked about the CJM order which has been given to my husband to pay interim maintainence.Since he is not paying the amount .I asked that how to proceed now.The reply which i got was from your end was that - " file for the execution of the orders so that court can take appropriate steps".But i am not clear that How to file for the execution of the order?under what sections/rules it comes?how it is executed when husband is abroad?

execution petition is filed before the same judge who issued the orders. ask your lawyer to file it.
