sir,this is my 3rd question to you.

my husband forcing for divorce but iam not interested in as he willingly married n know forcing me.in-laws too harassed me alot so from last 6months iam staying seperate. now i want to perceive my studies(pg diplomo)is there a chance for them to file a divorce petition showing my education cause?i prepared to file sec498(a) and domestic violence act on them..can i get maintanence allowance as iam dependent on him

Yes you will get maintenance from your husband . File a petition under the Domestic violence act. You too can file a complaint before crime against women cell against your husband and his family for dowry etc.
