Sir,
We booked case against my son-in-law 498A already he and his son Jailed
for 3 days and came on bail after that we booked legal case for maintenance
and Domestic Violence. Now they sent summons to their family. Now the case
yet to be ready for hearing. First hearing. Now he sent us a word that he will
compramise and he will lookafter my daughter and his 1year 8 months son.
For this how to deal and legally in written any thing we have take from the
boy? kindly advise the systme.

in this situation, the husband must give a statement before the court and assure your daughter that he would take good care of her and their son. once the statement is recorded in court, it carries alot of value in future, in case there is any mischief.
Mr.Rajiv is right. you can also demand the court for protection of your daughter and maintenance per month. Rest your advocate wil guide u about writing Affidavit from ur son-in-law.

Ask for a written affidavit accepting his wrong deeds and promising not to repeat the same and requesting you to withdraw the case.
Affidavit must be filed with the court/ police station/ protrction officer under DV Act.
You need to be very careful. after having spent a few nights in jail, they may not consider revenge; Stay vigilant and if your daughter is to join her husband, she should live in a 'supervised residence' free from the influence of his parents.
