Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,What are advantages of RCR,filed by husband and if he succeeds? I am staying with my parents last two months. Husband family members started harassing mentally ( by comments,taunts related household gifts which are given me by parents, demanding my ATM Card and bank account amount which I am earning by my job,restriction to make phone calls or to meet to my parents & relatives, humiliate me before their relatives even the maid servant,no any financial help given to me during four months( Pregnancy period)when I stayed with my parents earlier,all hospital expenses of delivery case and other expenses beared by myself)after one month of the marriage.
In Dec.2011 my husband with his parents & relatives(Mama-Mami) came to my parents home and tried to take me back forcely, when I told them I am suffering from fever and I want stay here till recovery {and my female baby is two months old), they started hungama and they all told me that if I am not coming with them at once, then write down divorce papers.I denied to do the same.In the meantime neighbors gathered and they made objections at their attitudes. Then my husband told before all the neighbors that he will give now divorce and they all went and after that my husband filed a petition for RCR some days before.
Sir,now I am unable to understand the motive of my husband & his family, what they want? I don't want divorce and want protection from their harassment if I go to matrimonial home.They do not want my job but I am not ready to quit the job.
Kindly suggest me in detail what should I do now ?

U may file application under domestic violence and may make police complaint and may file application under 125crpc and not to be worry about u/s9HMA filed by ur husband u cam claim litigation and other expenditure in the same and for more clarification u may contact me
