Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,would like to ask that the court of CJM has ordered interim maintainence to be paid by my husband.Husband is abroad.His case being represented by his advocate which indicates that he is also aware of the orders.Even then i am not getting interim maintainence.Shoild i write to his employer along with certified copy of court orders for executiuon or kindly suggest any other means so that i may get the maintainence regularly.or also can the conulate general of india can provide me help in this matter ?Thank you .

in case the interim maintenance is awareded, you need to file the execution of the court order so that the court takes appropriate steps in enforcing the order of maintenance against your husband.
